If I slip and fall down, I know I can reach out to Bill and he will be there with a smile, guidance and support to make me get back up stronger and brighter than before. For that I will always be grateful.

I have been working with Bill for the last six months on my journey to permanent sobriety. It has been my experience that the first few weeks of treatment can be overwhelming due to the wide range of programs and medical resources available. Bill has been instrumental in helping me navigate my way through this process.

Bill is a great mentor for this role and has a terrific demeanor. He approaches it with empathy and compassion and is never judgemental. Having gone through this process and major medical complications himself, he is able to advise on many aspects of recovery including spiritual support, community support resources, avoiding triggers, and seeking out medical care. He is also willing to adapt to a client's desired level of involvement which is comforting.

Even though my journey of recovery began a little while before Bill's, then meeting him during his journey, he became that added spirit of motivation, encouragement and spiritual strength that fueled something within me.
