I invite you—if you’re willing—to take a quiet moment and look at your life as it is today.

Draw your life - what to draw

  • Not your past. Not your future. Just your life right now.
  • On an index card or blank sheet of paper, use stick figures, simple shapes, or symbols to represent your current life.
  • Use pencil or even crayons—draw like a kid. (Kids are free and open.)
  • Consider things like: family, pets, work, hobbies, faith, health, or whatever is going on with you today.

Important notes

  • This isn’t about artistic skill—it’s about expression.
  • Simple drawings often say the most.
  • You can even ask AI (like ChatGPT) to make a drawing—just be sure to tell it your details. If the first try doesn’t feel like you, ask for a redo.
  • The goal is a snapshot of your life today.
