1. Hierarchy of S.T.E.P.S.
â¤ī¸ Core Step (Who): About your heart and values. Answers: What kind of person do I want to be? (e.g., Being Kind). Set these in Morning Alignment.
đ¯ Goal Step (What): What you want to build or reach. Answers: What am I trying to do? (e.g., Make a new friend). Tiers: Core Goal, Goal Step 1, Goal Step 2.
đ ī¸ Action Step (How): Executable moves to reach your goal. Answers: What will I do to help this happen? (e.g., Say hello). Linked actions track to your Scorecard.
đ Next Step (Immediate): The very next small move. Answers: What is the first little step? (e.g., Say "Hi" at recess).
2. Goal Coaching & Scorecard
đ Momentum Scoring: Completion of any action step linked to a Goal adds points to your scorecard. Track your consistency over 7, 14, and 21 days.
đ Milestones: Long-term progress is tracked for 3, 6, and 9-month horizons based on historical goal engagement.
đ Connecting Tasks: When adding an Action Step, expand "Add Details" to link it to a goal. For existing tasks, use the Status Box menu and select "Connect to Goal".
3. Save to Home Screen
iPhone: Tap "Share" (square with arrow) -> "Add to Home Screen". Android: Tap the menu dots -> "Add to Home Screen".
4. Features & Tools
đ Reminders: Tap the Bell icon (top right) to set appointments in your phone's calendar so you never miss a check-in.
â Sync Todoist: Tap the red "Sync Todoist" button in the header. Log in to your Todoist account when prompted. Once connected, your "Action Steps" will automatically appear in Todoist!
âī¸ Morning Check-in: Tap "Morning Alignment" to log Core Steps. Type your intention and tap Put in a couple of gratitudes - Remember, gratitude can change our subconscious. Save. Todayâs intention is from last nightâs review. Save: click "I Stepped Into Alignment."
đ Single Next Step: What must get done! Click the STEP to log.
đ My Steps Queue: Manage workflow with the Status Box:
